Consisting of me Maurizio, chef and pizza maker from Calabria, Italy. My family comes from the restaurant business, we always had a family run restaurant in Calabria since I was little. I completed my qualifications as a pizza maker and chef in Italy. And my passion is Italian cuisine.
My wife Anna is responsible for service, personnel and accounting. She was formerly a medical assistant and riding instructor. My 2 sons Alessio, 5 years and Michele 15 months, complete our family.
Since May 2022 we have taken over the Alpenrose as tenants.
We run you with much love and feel very comfortable here.
